WeHaul.com is registered and licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, the state agency that regulates local moves. It is also is registered and licensed by the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) which regulates interstate moves.

Insurance

A low price is no bargain if your treasured possessions are not insured. Licensed movers are required to provide limited liability coverage at no additional cost. You can usually purchase additional coverage for an extra premium. WeHaul.com includes liability coverage in the amount of Three Dollars and Fifty Cents Per Pound, Per Article at no additional charge. Most
other companies include only Sixty Cents Per Pound, Per Article. We also offer a Fair Market Value Replacement Protection Policy which eliminates the per pound, per article limitation and the deductibles. See our Insurance page for details.
 

Workman's Compensation

Licensed movers are also required to have workman's compensation insurance for their movers. Failure to hire a company with this insurance could mean liability on your part for injuries a mover suffers on the job. All our employees are covered through Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance Policies.
